Over the last 13 years, I've  personally trained over 10,000 pregnant women and new moms, and helped them look and, more importantly, feel their best during the perinatal period. As the co-owner of Oh Baby! Fitness, I teach the leading pre/postnatal fitness certification in the country to personal trainers, group fitness instructors, nurses, midwives and moms all over America. CNN, NPR, and Parents Magazine have featured my enthusiastic tips for how exercise can help all moms. I live in Seattle with my husband and two tiny kiddos, but travel regularly to teach others how to train news moms.
